Timed to coincide with the celebration of its 50th birthday, the company Expormim has opened a new permanent showroom in La Venta, a historical heritage building in the city of Mogente in Valencia, where the firm’s plant is.

 

Essentially, the showroom ¬– which is firmly targeted at architecture and interior design professionals – recreates an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle, which the firm’s outdoor furniture collections perfectly encapsulate.

 

This fantastic environment allows Expormim to display its pieces, from early examples created by its in-house design team to its latest collections dreamt up by external designers.

 

The most notable examples of the latter – in all their versions, colours and finishes – are Nido, a lightweight, naturally inviting collection made of tubular steel and finished in a double layer of zinc-based paint and polyester powder, designed by Javier Pastor, and Outline, a collection created by Nieves Contreras, whose distinguishing features are its use of new materials and its versatility, given that it can be used indoors and out.
