Jordi Labanda collaborates with Coordonné

The energy, art, and vibrant colour sense of Jordi Labanda’s well-known illustrations have been cannily married to the elegance and high quality of wallpaper and textiles brand Coordonné in order to create a sensational wallpaper collection called Vital.

Vital is an audacious, sumptuously colourful wallpaper collection which is sure to give a surprising twist to any space, and make it both colourful and stylish. Bond Girls, Damask Ladies and Kaleidoscopic Florals are just some of the designs in this collection.

Labanda’s savviness as a designer is reflected in Vital. Painting in gouache on paper, he reinvents classically contemporary characters, picturing them in impeccably stylish environments, and in so doing presents a fresh vision of modernity.

With the Vital idea, Coordonné takes a further major step in its 35-year history: the Labanda design happens to be the first in a line of designer collections in which famous artists will be invited to adapt their aesthetic to the world of interior design via their wallpaper designs.
