Avant-garde waiting areas

Passport, Actiu’s new design, is a bench designed to offer maximum comfort in waiting areas, such as airport waiting rooms and other transit areas on raised ground.

The bench has an ergonomic design which ensures its user’s posture is comfortable and good for the health. It’s also designed for use by the disabled and by people with limited mobility.

This avant-garde design is available in three finishes: wood (beech or oak), steel and polyurethane in various colours.

Based in Alicante on the east coast of Spain, Actiu mainly specialises in furniture for workspaces. In all areas of the production process – design, manufacture, the marketing of products – its aim is to create public spaces which are comfortable and function well.

In 2008, Actiu, which is present in over 50 countries around the world, opened its new offices – a technology park – which houses around 200 employees. It recently also opened its second showroom in Casablanca in Morocco. Actiu’s first retail outlet in this country opened in Tangier in 2009.
