A new collaboration between MO and PearsonLloyd
MO and its parent company Martínez Otero have collaborated once again with the prestigious British design outfit PearsonLloyd to create new products for 2009. The latest collection, which was recently unveiled at New York’s International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF), features the Alpha shelving unit, Delta desk and Ji table.
The Alpha shelving unit has a stepped shape and, very conveniently, can be easily assembled and stored flat. It’s available in various finishes and in a choice of three heights and widths. Delta is a modular desk whose appeal lies in the strong contrasts of its colours and forms, while Ji is a simple, elegant table that’s also useful to work on.
PearsonLloyd has created various collections for MO in the past few years. Examples include the low-level storage unit called Horizon, Twist tables with rounded corners, the designs Infinity and Core (the latter a cylindrical storage unit), the O accessories and the highly original, brightly coloured kids’ rocking chairs called Rocky.
