Halley – Vibia’s new product
Magical lighting for balmy summer evenings.
Perhaps the most arresting new product launched by Vibia so far this year is its outdoor light Halley, designed by Jordi Vilardell and Meritxell Vidal. Halley is an arresting, large piece composed of arched elements. Each arch is made up of three pieces which join together easily with a simple click. What’s more, the bases are designed so the components can spring up from each one to connect in the middle, forming a huge continuous, arch, which looks really dramatic at night.
Halley is a brilliantly supple, original outdoor lighting idea for gardens, terraces and all sorts of outdoor spaces. As the name suggests, it recalls a comet shooting across the night sky out of nowhere – a beam of light generating a magical, soothing, even cosy atmosphere.
