As their name suggests, Jorge Pensi’s ingenious Play armchairs for Frajumar allow the user to configure them in an abundance of ways –to formal or informal effect. Playful yet coherent, Play’s key feature is a circular base with a crescent shape sliced out of one side, allowing armchairs and pouffes to slot into each other to form potentially infinite chains of seats. The range also includes round tables which can similarly link up with the chairs. What’s more, these flexible chain formations can be configured to suit individual tastes.
