Joaquín Torres (1969) and Rafael Llamazares (1970) created A-cero Joaquín Torres Architects in 1996 to develop architecture projects from start to finish. Today they have a team of more than 50 professionals spread across their two offices in Spain, their office in Dubai and another in the Dominican Republic.
