On 13 September, Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar brought to a close the 5th edition of Spain’s most prestigious commercial event featuring home textiles, decoration and upholstery. The three-day fair was held again this year at Madrid’s Caja Mágica, and showcased the latest trends in home textiles as well as the newest collections by around 200 of the sector’s firms and brands.

The event was organised by Feria de Valencia and Ateval-Home Textiles from Spain. This year's edition attracted over 60 specialised buyers from 35 countries who came to see the latest fabric solutions for decoration and finished products that the companies at the fair had to offer.

Interiors from Spain attended the event once again. Halls 1 and 2 exhibited this year's collections by brands such as Bondrap by Aznar Textil, Destiny-Interfabrics, Comersan, Manuel Revert, Texathenea, Cotoblau-Cotopur, Textil Casa Moda, Textils Mora, Francisco Jover, and Rioma, among others. These brands showcased fabrics and finished products that were innovative, eco-friendly and trend-setting, and whose designs highlighted a more sustainable approach by offering longer-lasting textiles.

Textile solutions for the contract sector were unveiled for a second year running at the fair’s ‘EL CUBO, Business Contract Zone’, with new ideas from firms such as Digital Walls and La Tapicera. In addition, hotel rooms were recreated using textiles by various exhibitors present at the event, and a series of conferences and talks about the sector were also held.
