The Australian company Mobilia, specialized in high-end designer products, has supplied furniture and lighting under several Spanish brands for the recent remodeling project of the iconic Smiths Beach Resort, located in the heart of the Margaret River region in Western Australia.
The renovation of this exclusive complex of villas, apartments and beach houses on the shores of the Indian Ocean, belonging to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World group, has focused on updating the interior and exterior furnishings, flooring and lighting, opting for a contemporary, sober and elegant decoration that complements the timelessness of the architecture and harmonizes with the natural surroundings.
To furnish the resort's sophisticated spaces, Mobilia has selected numerous pieces with a Spanish stamp, such as the Serene sofas and armchairs by Joquer; the Vieques and Village tables, the Cala armchair, the sofas and loungers from the Landscape collection and the Triconfort Riba sofas by Grupo Kettal; the Varya chair by Inclass; the Marisol table, the Wall Street armchair, the Delta chair by Vondom, and the Funiculí lamps by Marset.
According to Salvatore Fazzari, director of Mobilia, "Spanish brands really understand the concept of casual sophistication, an elegance that is updated thanks to the attractive liveliness and modernity of their products. The pieces bring the energy and joy that I find when I visit Spain."
