The design furniture brand esPattio, part of the Forma 5 group, has joined the Coworking x The Shire space in Warsaw. The Spanish company is collaborating on the design and furnishing of this interactive showroom, which also serves as its office and headquarters in the Polish capital, and a venue for its events.  

 

esPattio is a key partner for The Shire, a coworking business model, providing furniture for common areas and various meeting rooms, complemented by Forma 5 chairs. In addition to being a design supplier, esPattio collaborates with The Shire to leverage their shared image, maximizing visibility, presence, and prestige in this market, as The Shire is a well-known brand. This agreement allows them to use the space as their own office and showroom, where they receive customers to showcase their wide range of products and display more specific or special samples. esPattio also advises The Shire's customers on space, ergonomics, and solutions, and organizes events and activities that help strengthen the brand's positioning among leading Polish architectural firms, further embedding the Spain brand in this professional environment. 

 

This showroom and coworking space is located in one of the towers of the Warsaw Spire complex, an urban hub of economic development that serves as the headquarters for many major brands. This prime location facilitates connections with the country's most important consulting and architectural firms. Warsaw is a strategic location for the company due to its high growth rates, and because it serves as the headquarters for many large European customers. Its location and economic ties also make it a strategic player in relations with surrounding Eastern European countries. 

 

esPattio's agreement with The Shire is a long-term partnership that extends beyond a single space in Warsaw, with plans to open additional locations throughout the country.
