The Valencia-based studio Obj was inspired by the rustic, sophisticated life of the mountainside city of Aspen, Colorado, when dreaming up this new lighting collection. The design fuses solid, varnished oak with lacquered iron, and is complemented by a ceramic shade with a brilliant white enamel finish.
The lamps look natural and handcrafted; there shades come in three sizes that can be mixed and matched. The collection, manufactured by the company Alma Light, comprises table and floor lights for reading.
Alma Light is a Barcelona-based company which has been producing cutting-edge lighting products for the home and for public spaces for the past 15 years. It distributes its products all over Europe and other parts of the world.
