Mist, a minibar unveiled by Punt Mobles

It’s some time now since Valencia-based company CuldeSac has wowed us with one of its designs. Now it’s done just that with Mist, a minibar which grabbed our attention at the Punt Mobles stand at the Milan Furniture Fair this year.

The objects stored in Mist are discreetly veiled by wooden slats and smoked glass. Like with a jewellery box, we access the inside of this compact piece by moving its lid to both sides. A shelf and small, sliding tray inside contain the utensils needed for a drinks cabinet.

In addition to Mist, Punt Mobles, a Valencia-based company, unveiled many other collections designed by the likes of Víctor Carrasco, Nathan Yong, José Martínez-Medina and Terence Woodgate. One which really stood out was Mario Ruiz’s collection of rectilinear, streamlined, wooden Stockholm sideboards, as well as several reincarnations of the company’s best-sellers, such as its La Literatura shelving unit by Vicent Martínez, a new version of which is called Literatura Light.
