The Qube cafe
The Qube cafe
Its Every armchairs designed by Gabriel Teixidó grace this new restaurant specialising in international cuisine.
Spanish company Grassoler has furnished Dubai’s Qube Café Resto, a restaurant opened last year on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, one of the city’s most fashionable avenues. The restaurant is situated opposite the world’s tallest buiding, Burj Khalifa.
Its interior is furnished with Grassoler’s Every collection of sofas, designed by Gabriel Teixidó. More specifically, one design, called Emery, which comes in various shades of turquoise, was chosen for bringing this space — which wows visitors with its inviting interior and terrace and its impressive variety of international dishes — elegance and colour. Innovative and comfortable, the Every sofa line was launched in 2012. Its metal frame, which can be disassembled, is paired with solid wood upholstered in polyester.
Ever since Grassoler, a family-run business, was founded in 1960, it has committed itself to good design and the highest possible quality when manufacturing its sofas. Its sofa and armchair collections are typically pared-down, comfortable, ergonomic and made to the highest standard, ensuring that they’re long-lasting and destined to become design classics.
Grassoler has had a presence all over the world since the early 90s. More than one-third of its goods are exported to 25 countries, and a major reason for its success has been its prestigious collaborations with such internationally renowned designers as Josep Lluscà, Gabriel Teixidó, Antonio Saturnino, Yoshiharu Hatano, Hans Hopfer, Gerardo Genghini, Henning Korch, Anita Schmidt, Giuliano Cappelletti and Enzo Pozzoli, among other creatives.
