A recently released video shows models in clothing made from Miyake's trademark tightly pleated fabric against a backdrop of orange pipes that they leap athletically on and off. The pipes are 'Line House', a project Stone Designs first showed at the Milan Furniture Fair back in 2004. The idea behind it is to show how a colour and an unbroken line – in this case orange metal tubing – can create a space for living, where one 'zone' delineated by the line leads smoothly into the next.
