• ICFF. Everyone loves to go to New York in the spring and with two big design events in May, the city is a style aficionado's paradise. The ICFF is a long established fair that takes place at the Jakob K. Javits Convention Centre in Manhattan and this year more than 14 Spanish companies exhibited their latest designs to nearly 35,000 visitors from 32 countries.
• WantedDesign. WantedDesign runs alongside the ICFF at the Terminal Stores building in West Chelsea. Launched in 2011, WantedDesign works to promote New York as a unique design destination and it organizes innovative installations, pop-up stores, interactive experiences, talks and student workshops.
• HD Expo in Las Vegas is one of the most important events for the hospitality design sector, and this year 900 companies exhibited their latest products to an international trade audience of more than 7,000.
• NeoCon. The vast NeoCon design show at Chicago's Merchandise Mart saw record attendance this year, with some 50,000 mainly professional visitors from the US and around the world.
• And crossing back over the Atlantic...Clerkenwell Design Week had a Spanish flavour this year, with the participation of several major Spanish companies that have showrooms in the district.
