Ondarreta: Fabulous design at 40

Ondarreta is a company that inspires loyalty, with many happy clients who have been buying its furniture since it launched in 1976. And that has as much to do with customer service as with thoughtful, timeless design, says sales manager Nora Arratibel.

'We believe in long lasting, trust-based relationships with our clients,' she says, stressing that integrity is crucial to a strong business. 'We're proud to have reached 40, we are a strong team who work hard and put passion into what we do. That reflects in the products we make and the service we give all our customers.'

And having remained a fairly small manufacturing company – it employs 40 people, led by MD Maria Luisa Galardi – Ondarreta has always been fleet of foot, able to respond and adapt to changing needs and styles. 'We listen and have the ability to adapt to what the market demands. We make all our products ourselves so can respond quickly to orders.'
