Pointer and Stone — Stratta’s latest designs

Since it was founded in 2015, furniture brand Stratta has consistently wowed us with its original furniture, suitable for all styles of interior.

This year, it unveiled its Pointer and Stone collections, designed by Jorge Herrera. Made of foam covered with a polyurethane skin available in any colour, Pointer is a practical collection of tables and stools in different sizes for use in public spaces. It can be configured in various, original ways and stacked vertically to create screens. Stone, meanwhile, has been inspired by nature, the elements and a concern for the environment. It comprises pieces in different sizes and is also made of foam covered with a polyurethane skin. It can be ordered in any colour and used in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Stratta originally sprang from a passion for design and a commitment to ergonomic, functional ideas, perfect for all types of interior. Its soft furniture concept is based on the use of ‘coated foam’, a unique formula of upholstered foam that renders the pieces super-comfortable and cutting-edge. Stratta’s furniture is inspired by innovation and modernity, can be adapted to all styles of interior and is suitable for the contract market.
Originally from the Canary Islands, Jorge Herrera founded his studio in Valencia in 2008. Since 2009, he has collaborated closely with Italian brand Flos and, in late 2013, became Stratta’s art director, responsible for its branding and for designing its first furniture collections. He also collaborates with other Spanish and international companies.
