We’re now on Instagram!

We're delighted to say that Interiors from Spain now have an Instagram account to support our communication strategy on social media.

We set up our website www.interiorsfromspain.com in September 2007 in a bid to open an online communication channel to make Spanish interior designs and products better known worldwide. The same year, we published on the English, Spanish, French and German versions of a new social network born in 2004, known as Facebook, which was to revolutionise the way we communicate with each other by creating a “community” to exchange and share content easily. A year earlier another popular social network Twitter had first seen the light of day, and its Spanish version was unveiled in 2009.

In 2010, Interiors from Spain created its own Facebook and Twitter profiles, forging a community where specifiers and opinion leaders (architects, designers, decorators, builders...), trade and specialised interior design press, international decor product buyers and end consumers could all share information and opinions on Spanish design, companies, brands and designers.

Over the years, we have attracted and engaged new followers, generating traffic to our website and gaining visibility, while at the same time publicising Spanish design and companies. Our success encouraged us to pursue this communication strategy further. By the end of 2016, our Facebook page already had 31,188 likes and we had more than 6,650 followers on Twitter, and we’re keen to make sure we stay in touch with you.

This year, we wanted to go one step further and we’ve just launched our account on Instagram, a social network created in 2010 that already has more than 600 million active users all over the world.  Now we want to share our coolest photos and videos with you.
