The decorative lighting brand Ole! unveils one of its latest projects in the Netherlands.
Lucky Apple restaurant opened its doors last September in the Dutch city of Waalwijk, offering a cosy space where a varied menu of European and Asian culinary specialities can be enjoyed. Led by the designer Erik Remmers, and in partnership with the firm Illum Kunstlicht, the interior design team at studio Art2Go Interieurprojecten was responsible for delivering this project.
Models from the Spanish brand’s CONGA and UKELELE collections – which are artisanally made with braided rope – were chosen to light this restaurant. Complementing the different colours of the furniture and in line with the elegance of the space, the indigo blue of these hanging lamps brings a touch of brightness to this eatery.
Since 2006, the Spanish company FM Iluminación has been marketing its most avant-garde design collections under the Ole! brand. With a colour chart of over 115 colours of rope, this versatile line of lamps adapts to the lighting needs of each interior design project; this has contributed to the brand’s success and is why its collections are sold in more than 50 countries.
