Archiproducts Design Awards 2024 Recognize the Work of 13 Spanish Brands and Designers

The online platform for products in the habitat sector, Archiproducts, has announced the winners of this year's “Archiproducts Design Awards”, and among them is the “Sustainability Award”.

In the lighting category, Arkoslight was awarded for the COCO 48V spotlight by Rubén Saldaña, Olé Lighting for the MEDUSA lamp, and Vibia for the ARRAY pendant luminaire. In the contract category Kriskadecor stands out with its FEEL FREE room divider, designed by estudi{H}ac, while in decoration, Gan was awarded for its LINES rug by Mayice Studio and Lladró for the BLUE DESERT sculpture by Luis Toledo. In the bathroom category, the winners were Cosmic with its GEYSER soap dispenser designed by Nahtrang and Fiora for the SELENE shower tray.

The Asturian designer Patricia Urquiola was also awarded for her recycled material table, BABAR, for Glas Italia. And in terms of sustainability, Neolith's IGNEA wall and floor covering won the award for its use of recyclable materials and techniques that reduce environmental impact.

At the same time, the company Bover won the prestigious “Product Design Competition” in the lighting category at the BDNY trade fair in New York for its Kando collection. Meanwhile, the firm Uecko received the Guinness World Records award in Madrid in October for creating the world's tallest closet, measuring 6.43 meters.

The organizing platform for these design awards, Archiproducts, is one of Europe's leading digital resources. With the aim of better positioning Spanish habitat companies, ICEX-Interiors from Spain has been negotiating preferential rates for certain packages since 2021, including both digital marketing and BIM modeling, with the only requirement being that Spanish companies are members of Archiproducts.
