During the Milan Design Week, leading Spanish firms in bathroom furniture, faucets, and accessories presented their latest decorative proposals at both the Salone Internazionale del Bagno and the Appartamento Spagnolo. The latter event was organized by ICEX-Interiors from Spain and curated by Elle Decor Italia in collaboration with the architecture studio DWA.


Inbani showcased the EDGE collection, featuring bathroom sinks, bathtubs, furniture, and accessories designed by the Japanese firm Nendo, known for its minimalist linear aesthetic and infinite combinations. They also presented the STRATO MARMOL bathroom series. 


Sanycces, meanwhile, introduced two new collections. The DUNA series, including bathtubs, sinks, and accessories designed by Jorge Herrera, features flowing geometries and curved forms that harmonize with nature. The DEDAL single-lever sink faucet, designed by Estudi{H}ac, which pays tribute to the artisanal craft of tailoring and the importance of small tools in the trade. And Y the In-Wash® Insignia Smart Toilet.


Roca showcased the vibrant and renowned NU collection, designed by the Inma Bermúdez Studio, winner of prestigious international awards such as the Red Dot Awards, IF Awards, Good Design, and others. They also presented the versatile ONA series (“wave” in Catalan), inspired by the Mediterranean, and the TURA collection by Andreu Carulla, celebrating the formalist architecture of Barcelona.


At the Grupo Porcelanosa booth, we explored the latest offerings from the group’s three brands: Gamadecor unveiled its versatile modular furniture series, VERTICE and FLEXA. Noken marked the 15th anniversary of its LOUNGE faucet with a new design, LOUNGE FLUID created by Simone Micheli, author of the original piece. The same firm also launched the SWAN faucet, crafted by ERRE architecture, inspired by the grace and elegance of a swan, earning accolades such as the IF Design Award 2024 and Red Dot Design Award 2024. Finally, Krion presented the minimalist SPIRIT furniture.


This report also features new collections of hand-painted sinks from the Bathco Atelier, innovative faucet designs from Ramón Soler, Tres Grifería, and Griferias Maier, and the latest in bathroom designs from Quare Design.
