On the northern coast of Malta, nestled in the heart of St. Paul’s Bay, the Best Western Hotel offers an idyllic setting that blends design with captivating views of the Mediterranean. On its rooftop and throughout the outdoor areas of the complex, Vondom furniture creates stylish spaces in harmony with the sensory experience that the “Mare Nostrum” offers the hotel’s guests. 

 

The hotel rooftop is a haven of serenity, where the SPRITZ collection sun loungers, created by Archirivolto Design, naturally integrate around the pool. The simple, elegant design of these pieces transforms the space into a retreat where guests can disconnect and let the sea breeze and sound of the waves take center stage. Alongside the loungers are the sturdy, rounded planters from the ULM collection, designed by Ramón Esteve, adding a natural, harmonious touch to the setting. In the same rooftop lounge area, the AFRICA chairs and MARI-SOL low tables, two designs by Eugeni Quitllet, stand out, offering guests the ideal spot to enjoy an al fresco meal or a special evening. This space also features a bar counter with AFRICA stools, a durable seating option ideal for sipping cocktails at sunset. 

 

In the heart of the French Riviera, Vondom furniture also enhances the outdoor spaces of the “Maison Lumière” residence. The centerpiece of this design is the MILOS collection by Jean-Marie Massaud.  For this project, the modular MILOS sofa becomes the focal point. Its design, composed of three 60º corner modules and an upholstered armchair, creates an organic, inviting layout complemented by two coffee tables from the same collection. Facing the pool, three practical XL poufs with adjustable backrests provide an original solution for taking in the sun. To complete the outdoor design, CILINDRO planters have been added, reinforcing the connection between the furniture and the carefully selected greenery, all in harmony with the project’s Mediterranean aesthetic.
