B.lux’s Tree Series

High-profile, German designer Werner Aisslinger recently joined the team of those who collaborate with lighting manufacturer B.lux, which has just initiated the production of his Tree Series collection.

Tree Series comprises pendant, table and standard lights. Its most appealing feature is the organic forms of its impressive shade, made of a single piece of aluminium. Cast in an irregular shape, this creates an impression of great lightness. Its shape allows it to cast light in asymmetric patterns, making it an utterly unique light. Its shade comes in two sizes – 55cm and 75cm.

Tree Series is part of B.lux’s DECO collection. It’s the first collaboration between B.lux and Aisslinger, who regularly works with internationally renowned design brands, such as Foscarini, Moroso and Vitra, among others. Tree Series was chosen by the US magazine Interior Design to compete in its Best of the Year 2012 awards.
