Architect practice SCOB was commissioned to upgrade Barcelona's marina to meet the needs of the growing number of luxury yacht owners who moor here. The project involved the construction of two waterside buildings, a single storey hospitality and a two-storey service centre. The quayside was landscaped to make it pleasant and safe to walk around, with the brief to integrate the spaces into a cohesive environment.
