Furniture and office equipment specialist Ofita is consolidating its position in the Mexican market, where it has been furnishing the corporate HQs of T-Systems, Danaher and Cushman & Wakefield.
Ofita has equipped workstations, meeting rooms and training areas for T-Systems in Puebla (Mexico). The refurbishment project, led by architects Pablo Ramírez and Hugo Sánchez, has turned the cold, atmosphere of an industrial plant into a welcoming workspace designed to attract and retain talent, and improve productivity. The space incorporates casual areas to improve communications between users. They have gone for cooperative spaces “Meet Up!”, designed by Antoni Arola and Jordi Tamayo and “Mizar” created by Aitor García de Vicuña and office systems “District” and “Gen”
For the new Danaher offices in Portal San Angel (Mexico City), the Spanish brand has supplied furniture for their 150 workstations, with a 100% personalised design adapted to the company’s specific requirements. This project, designed by Colliers & Space Arquitectura, blurs the boundaries between office and residence, with warm finishes and furniture and decoration which recreate the world of the home. Wood and colour, combined with the ergonomic design of the furniture, are the main features of this space, creating a comfortable, humanised workplace. The office spaces and programmes supplied by Ofita are: “Atria”, “Meet Up!”, “Gen” and “O.X” – the last of these created by Lievore Altherr Molina – and the “Armario Universal” archive.
Finally, Ofita has equipped the corporate headquarters of Cushman & Wakefield in Bosques de las Lomas.
