The Spanish bathroom equipment industry embraces the future with products which encompass good design, avant-garde thinking, technology and high quality. We present the latest trends in bathrooms (including for furniture, taps and accessories), innovative alternative ideas for storage and for reducing water consumption in the bath as well as ideas for creating spa zones in the home.

This spring, the collections of Kettal, Gandia Blasco, Vondom, Samoa, Expormim and Andreu World -Spain's leading outdoor furniture companies- will grace terraces, porches, swimming pools and gardens. Sun loungers, sofas, chairs, tables galore ... in different colours, with varying textures and made of a plethora of materials. The tricky thing will be to pick our favourites.

Thanks to the creativity and the huge effort the Spanish tile industry  makes to be innovative, a whole new world of possibilities is now  opening up in the realm of ceramics: new textures, formats and uses – as seen in the latest Cevisama fair of 2009, which showcases ceramics and sanitaryware.

The Spanish textile houses presented their new ideas in the setting of Maison & Objet Editeurs 09. Plant motifs, neutral tones, metallics and inspiration from other cultures were among the major themes of the new fabric collections by Pepe Peñalver, Gastón y Daniela, Gancedo, Alhambra, Güell Lamadrid, Les creations de la Maison, Lizzo, Ybarra & Serret and Coordonné.
