Ole! Lighting, Luxcambra, and Gan Win 2023 Archiproducts Sustainability Awards

Archiproducts,the online bookstore of home furnishing products, has announced the winners of this year's Archiproducts Design Awards, which included nine companies and four design studios from Spain.

In sustainability, three Spanish companies and several Spanish design studios won a Sustainability Award for their sustainable design. The Lighting category saw awards go to: the MORGANA lamp created by Fernando Martínez for Ole! Lighting, a suspension luminaire made of rope derived from recycled plastic bottles, and the TERRA portable LED lamp designed by Bruno de Ávila for Luxcambra, which is made of 100% natural and biodegradable sculpted cork. In the Outdoor category, Gan won another award with the garden armchair from the MANGAS OUTDOOR collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola, which is made of 100% recycled PET braided fibers. Gan also won another award in the Decor section for the handmade wool rug GIRO PEACH, designed by MUT Design. And in Furniture, the Spanish studio Ramos&Bassols was awarded for its FINNA chair, created for the Italian firm Crassevig.  

Also awarded in the Furniture category was the BOLD wooden coffee table for the living room designed by Studiopepe for Sancal; in the Lighting category, the LOOP glass pendant lamp created by Rubén Saldaña for Arkoslight and the AFLOAT LED porcelain pendant lamp designed by Luca Nichetto for Lladró. In the Bathroom category, an award went to the SFERA anti-slip shower tray by Fiora and the NOON SLATE oval Akron© bathtub by Acquabella. And in the Lifestyle category, the Shuffeboard table created by Rafael Rodriguez for RS Barcelona was awarded.

The Archiproducts platform is one of the leading digital bookstores in Europe. In 2022 it featured nearly 3,500 brands, with 293,000 products, 3.7 million registered professionals, and 80 million sessions. More than 3 million leads were generated. With the aim of better positioning Spanish home furnishing companies on Archiproducts, ICEX-Interiors from Spain negotiated special rates starting in 2021 for certain packages, both in digital marketing and BIM modeling. The only requirement for accessing these offers is that Spanish companies must be members of Archiproducts. Since that year, around 35 Spanish companies have collaborated with us and joined this platform.
