Ten of the most dynamic studios on the Spanish design scene unveiled their latest products in a group exhibition called ZOCO, organised by the designers Nadadora and Pedro Ochando, and sponsored by the companies Swarovski Elements and Compac. The show was part of Valencia Disseny Week (Valencia Design Week) and coincided with the Feria Habitat Valencia 2010 furniture fair. ZOCO 2010 turned out to be an amazing showcase for a huge variety of new designs – and ways of approaching design – in the fields of furniture, lighting, accessories and textiles. It highlighted just how talented Spain’s designers are. The participating studios were: AloyMas, Dídac Ballester, GR Design, Herme Ciscar and Mónica García, Mónica Lavandera, Nadadora, Odosdesign, Oscar Díaz, Pedro Ochando and Tomás Alonso. Meanwhile, the exhibition displayed products from the following companies, among others: ABR, Almerich, Balvi, Domestico, Italesse, Koo International, Lampister, Lavandera, Mondano, Plastisan, Sancal, Sagen Ceramics and Woouf.
